- How many hours of sleep you want per night?
- How many times do you want to workout this week?
- How many hours do you work this week?
- What events outside of work do you have this week?
- want 8 hours of sleep each night (56 hours/wk)
- workout 4x this week for 45 minutes each session (4 hours/wk with travel)
- work 40 hours across 5 days
- have 2 outside events (estimated 5 hours outside of work hours)
Of course, everyone’s schedule is different And you’re likely to have different daily/weekly activities for yourself. But remember YOU have the power to use YOUR time as we choose. Be wise with your time!
