The Importance of Routine

TIPS:

  • Create a bedtime routine
    Go to bed and wake up around the same time. Try to turn off your electronics at least 30 minutes before bed. Put a calming essential oil, like lavender, on your pillow so your brain associates that smell with bedtime.
  • Implement healthy eating habits
    First, start your day with a glass of water. Then make sure you have a healthy, wholesome breakfast to give you energy to tackle the day ahead.
  • Exercise regularly 
    Design a program that works best for you/ your schedule. Make a goal to move in some way every day.
