HOW DOES IT WORK?
This technique increases resistance and then increases relaxation to overall increase range of motion.

- Works best with 2 people or if you’re by yourself, use a band for assistance
- Have the person who is being stretched press their hands firmly against the ground
- Stabilize their hips
